UNISON understands your concerns m that’s why we provide strike pay of up to £50 per day of any strike action we call. This means that UNISON will pay you whatever you lose in take home pay up to a maximum of £50.

UNISON members need to stand together to protect your job security. You work hard for you r job, pay, and condition at work and we cannot allow your employer to remove any of these without fighting back. We must show the Council that they should re-think their stance on redundancies, and that we are willing to take action to make them do so Money is even tighter when you do not have a job.
